SHIPPING POLICY
At CHI / Chinotechs, we provide professional and reliable shipping services to ensure every order is delivered safely and efficiently.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be extended during high demand periods, holidays, or when items are temporarily out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email with the estimated shipping date.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
However, due to shipping route limitations, carrier restrictions, or local regulations, some destinations may not be serviceable. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international logistics partners, including:
- YunExpress
- USPS
In some cases, DHL Express may be available upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, warehouse location, and logistics availability.
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping
- Orders below $21 USD: $5 shipping fee
Certain regions may have different shipping rates due to logistics limitations.
United States
- For orders shipped to the United States:
- Orders below $148 USD: $8 shipping fee
- Orders $148 USD or above: Free shipping
The $8 fee includes shipping and import duties, meaning no additional customs charges will be required upon delivery.
U.S. orders may ship via:
- YunExpress Standard Line, or
- USPS shipment from our Los Angeles warehouse
Special Shipping Regions
Additional shipping charges may apply for certain destinations due to logistics constraints, including but not limited to:
India, Indonesia, Jeju Island, Russia, Greenland, and Brunei,etc.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Southeast Asia:5–7 business days
- Europe & North America:7–14 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- customs clearance procedures
- local carrier delays
- weather or transportation disruptions
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- your tracking number
- a tracking link
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status using the provided tracking information.
Customs Information
Certain destinations, including South Korea and Taiwan, may require a personal identification number or customs clearance code for customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs information when required. Failure to provide the required information may result in shipping delays, customs hold, or delivery failure.
Lost Packages
If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a potential loss before local delivery, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Reship the order, or
- Issue a refund
The final resolution will be confirmed via email.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking status shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.
We may request additional information to assist with the carrier investigation.
Please note that once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility may transfer to the recipient depending on the carrier’s confirmation and delivery records.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- incorrect address information
- missing recipient details
- unclaimed packages
Customs Clearance Responsibility
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and completing customs clearance procedures when required.
Failure to complete customs clearance may result in shipment delays, return, or confiscation by customs authorities.
