At CHI / Chinotechs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentationmust be included
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Returns Due to Non-Quality Issues

If the return is not caused by a product defect, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or import fees (if applicable)

The product must be returned to the designated return address provided by our support team.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Please note:

  • The refund only covers the product price
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For orders:

  • United States orders with $8 shipping fee– the shipping fee will not be refunded
  • Orders that originally had free shipping$5 USD will be deducted from the refund as the original shipping cost

Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Video evidence (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the information, we will confirm whether the product needs to be returned.

If a return is required, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For confirmed quality issues, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

The final solution will be confirmed via email communication.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Product Condition & Usage

Returned products must be unused and in original condition, including all accessories, packaging, manuals, and protective materials.

Returns may be rejected or subject to partial refund if the product shows signs of:

  • use or installation
  • scratches or physical damage
  • missing parts or packaging

This policy helps maintain product quality standards for all customers.

Product Inspection

All products are carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure proper functionality and condition.

If you believe the product has an issue upon arrival, please contact us before attempting repair, modification, or disassembly, as this may affect return eligibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Return Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that only the authorized items are included in the return package.

We are not responsible for:

  • items returned by mistake
  • additional items included in the return package that are unrelated to the order

Unauthorized items may not be returned to the sender.
