Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping worldwide for orders starting from 21 USD. Orders below 21 USD come with 5 USD shipping fee. (For some special regions, additional shipping charges may apply due to customs duties and shipping channel restrictions. The specific cost will be displayed after you input your address and select the country.)

Shipping Information Filling Guide

When filling in your shipping address, please provide a detailed and accurate address as well as contact information, including a phone number.

For certain regions such as South Korea and Taiwan, you may be required to provide your personal ID number.

If you find any issues with the shipping address you’ve entered, please contact us promptly.

Shipping Time

If the product is in stock, you will receive a shipping notification within 2 business days after placing the order.

If the product is out of stock, you will receive a notification about the extended shipping time within 1 business day after placing the order.

Please be sure to check your email, including your SPAM folder.

In case of special circumstances, such as natural disasters or holidays, which may delay shipping, we will notify you promptly by email.

If you have specific requirements for the arrival time of your goods, please leave a note in your order or contact us by email.

Shipping Tracking

The shipping notification email will include the tracking number and a link to the courier tracking page.

If there are any issues with tracking your order, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Rules and Fees for the United States

Due to increased logistics costs caused by U.S. customs duties, we have the following shipping rules for orders to the United States:

All orders reached and over 148USD come with FREE and express shipping.

For orders below 148 USD, an 8 USD shipping fee will be applied (users will not need to pay additional customs duties).

We currently have a warehouse in LA, USA. If the product you order is available in the U.S. warehouse, we will prioritize shipping from there. The delivery time will be 2-4 business days.

If the product is out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, we will ship from China using express shipping, and the delivery time will be 5-10 business days.

PAYMENT

CHINO Store accepts credit cards and PayPal using the PayPal network.

WARRANTY

We provide lifetime warranty service for the products.

Please read the instruction manual carefully for correct use and safe storage.

We do not take responsibility for personal injury or damage to the product if these instructions have not been adhered to.

The warranty period of products is 24 months in accordance with EU regulations, 6 months in accordance with US regulations, 12 months in accordance with China regulations.

If there is a problem with the product you receive, please contact us info@chinotechs.com as soon as possible for a replacement or refund. Please do not send defective products back directly, as we are not responsible for the customs duties and shipping charges incurred. Please communicate with us about the specific return process before returning the product.
